Can I Pinterest you In a Competitor Analysis of Alpha Phi?
I picked to work with the sorority Alpha Phi. It is important to do a competitive analysis in order to gain information on how we stand compared to other sororities and how we can be improving. At the University of Oklahoma specifically, Alpha Phi has really made a name for themselves. The way they have competed and proven their worth has kept them in the running for one of the best sororities on campus. They have worked hard to be seen as one of the top 5 sororities at OU and are truly making their way into that ranking. It is hard to hold your spot in top 5, but even harder to make it into top 5.
That is one way to show how Alpha Phi differs, because they have hard work ethic and determination to be among the best. They also take pride in achieving their status because it is meaningful to the entire chapter that we show what Alpha Phi is truly about while gaining amazing members and rank. It is not about showing they are the best because every other sorority sucks, which is how a lot of others think, but it's about showing how important Alpha Phi is to us and wanting to share that with the world.
I think like any sorority there is good and bad parts of your image. Who you are as a sorority can be different from your stereotyped. I think really contributing and showing the true Alpha Phi and all that it can be is the best way to stick out. Also not showing people just what they want or expect to see, but showing why we are different and proud of that, is a great way to show who we truly are.
